Super Bowl is one of the biggest and most anticipated days of the year for both football fans and movie fans. The event is famous for new trailers of the most anticipated movies and TV shows dropping during the game.
This year during the game of Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals, viewers saw trailers of some big upcoming movies and shows, such as Marvel’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Jurassic World, and more.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
Marvel’s upcoming movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness trailer aired at the beginning of the game. We saw characters from outside the MCU including Professor X from the ‘X-Men’ franchise. There was also a showdown between Doctor Strange and Scarlet Witch.
Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power
In the TV show side, fans got the official trailer of Amazon’s upcoming Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power trailer. The trailer shows that the upcoming series is as big as Peter Jackson’s film trilogy.
Marvel’s upcoming show featuring a new superhero Moon Knight came back with another brand new trailer during the Super Bowl.
Jurassic World: Dominion
Universal puts an end to its Jurassic World trilogy with the upcoming Jurassic World: Dominion. It stars actors from the original Jurassic Park including Laura Dern, Sam Neill, and Jeff Goldblum. It is one of the biggest movies releasing in theaters this year.
Another trailer that left fans hyped during the Super Bowl is Jordan Peele’s Nope. His previous works include Get Out and Us.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2
The trailer for the sequel of Sonic the Hedgehog was released months ago, however, fans got a new spot for Super Bowl.
The Lost City
Paramount gave another movie that is hitting the cinemas in a few months. The Lost City stars Sandra Bullock, Channing Tatum, Daniel Radcliff, and Brad Pitt.
Netflix 2022 Movie Preview
During the Super Bowl, Netflix released not just one, but a trailer of its all upcoming movies. It showed a Netflix 2022 trailer featuring big titles like Knives Out 2, and The Gray Man.
Like Netflix, Warner Bros. also released a TV spot showing a teaser of all its 2022 movies. It included The Batman, Black Adam, Aquaman, The Flash, and the Lost Kingdom.
Peacock revealed a trailer for its spinoff of Will Smith’s classic Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Three episodes of Bel-Air were released on Sunday.
